We are searching for a Social Media/eCommerce manager who is knowledgeable about women's fashion and will love working with the company brand and a driven team to increase productivity, sales and profitability for a base + commission opportunity in the Boulder, CO area. You must be an extravert, go-getter, creative full of passion for the brand and have an eye for detail. You should be a natural leader who is organized and knows how to prioritize tasks while maintaining positive store energy for both employees and customers. Our ideal Social Media/eCommerce candidate will be able to create an on-line message and environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they interact with our brand and online properties.

What to Expect:
As a Social Media/eCommerce manager, you’ll mentor, lead and cheer your team on to successful results each day. Your approach must be big picture and balanced. You’ll be the standard-setter and the go-to resource for any questions (big and small) and all feedback (good and bad). You will continually work to ensure profitability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service. You’ll need to be involved in outreach to gain traction for the brand and partner with other organizations in the community - so this will require a self-starter with thick skin and persistent personality.

MUST Haves:
• Experience with all social media platforms, community outreach, contacting and partnering with other local businesses/organizations/charities to grow customer base
• Experience at defining and optimizing online workflows and systems
• Positive and enthusiastic personality
• An understanding of company values and culture
• A strong, clear voice that can represent yourself and our brand
• An open mind to learn who our new customers are
• Must have the ability to communicate strategically at all levels, as well as train, coach and give straightforward feedback
• The proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Work well under pressure and meeting month-end goals
• Flexibility and positive reaction to change

• Willingness to go above and beyond when needed
• Entrepreneurial spirit; someone who will think of this brand and store as their own and contribute to its overall success

Strongly preferred:
• Women’s fashion and eCommerce hands-on experience managing all aspects of store logistics from stockroom to POS to inventory
• Springboard Retail POS system experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Build the store brand online and within the community
• Create and execute blogs and posts for all social media properties
• Manage the data and financial integrity of the business
• Manage eCommerce activities: ordering, inventory, fulfillment
• Ensure the highest level of customer care
• Continually recruit, train and develop talented individuals for your team
• Maintain systems and policies to keep the store functioning efficiently
• Model the expectation and hold others accountable
