We are seeking a Customer Service representative for our client who is a mid-sized technology company in Savage, MN. The ideal candidate will be a professional and pleasant customer service rep of the company in a non-call center environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Securing orders
Creating and revising order confirmations
Coordinating orders and general requests with AR, production, shipping & distribution
Defining and managing stock levels for specific customers and general stock when required
Update company software with new customers, new parts & pricing, discounts & credit levels as needed
General clerical duties as assigned
Work as back-up customer service for other team members as needed
Other office responsibilities may be requested

Qualifications:
Above average typing skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining order accuracy
Pleasantly and professionally interact with a variety of customers inside and outside the company (in person, via telephone and electronic correspondence)

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent w/ at least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or AX and/or SAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred:
Bilingual skills
